Adelina and I recently had the incredible experience of attending the Smart Culture Introverted Leadership Course at the historic Weston Park Hall in Shropshire. Over 48 hours, we immersed ourselves in the world of introverted leadership, exploring personality types, leadership styles, and how introverts can find and amplify their voices in the workplace.

The course brought together 12 introverted leaders, each with their own unique experiences and insights from across industries. While we expected an inspiring learning experience, nothing could have prepared us for the venue itself. Having the entire Weston Park Hall to ourselves was surreal—it felt like stepping into a Downton Abbey scene, full of history, charm, and grandeur. The atmosphere alone made the course feel extra special.

Mark, our course leader and coach, was phenomenal. His guidance, practical strategies, and personal insights brought the sessions to life, and the group’s stories and reflections made every discussion rich and thought-provoking. By the end of the course, we all left with a deeper understanding of ourselves as leaders, as well as practical tools to navigate challenges and lead authentically as introverts.
As a bonus, we offered attendees professional headshots to help them kickstart their next steps. Coordinating a photoshoot for 12 naturally shy introverts could have been tricky—but in the end, everyone loved their photos, and the results were fantastic.

This course isn’t just training—it’s an experience, a retreat, and a launchpad for introverted leaders looking to grow, connect, and step confidently into their leadership. We can’t wait to support the next one!
