How did we end 2026: Our Business Refresh

December looked like it might be quiet on the shoot days front, so Adelina and I hit refresh and planned for 2026. We spent a full day reviewing every area of the business—spend, income, marketing, sales, equipment, website, customers, social media—and wrapped it up with a proper team meal.
It might sound overkill, but it was worth every minute. The day gave us clarity, focus, and a massive task list of improvements—exactly what we needed to kickstart the year.
Here’s what we did:
Gave the website a major overhaul: SEO updated, new images and videos published, new services added, and a full FAQ page with all our prices made live.
Created a clear social media schedule: regular reels showing life as a couple running a visuals business, plus scheduled all Christmas posts and recorded two video reflection interviews.
Stayed relevant with customers: sent updated price lists and guides, undercut ourselves for some existing clients to retain work, and delivered content they didn’t even know we had.
Took a full afternoon to send Christmas gifts and cards—both to stay top-of-mind and to say thanks for their 2025 support.
Upgraded our gear and workspace: two new cameras, fixed our tripod issue, bought standing desks, and rebuilt our office space to maximize efficiency.
In a business like ours, relationships matter. People buy into people first. That’s why SPEED, RELEVANCE, and COST—not perfection—are our differentiators. There are better photographers and videographers out there, but none can match what we do as a team at the speed and price we do it. That message will define everything we do in 2026.
Moving into 2026, we are ready. Ready to take on more customers at the same cost. Ready to double our output. Ready to maintain our speed. Ready to elevate your brand. Get in touch.
