5th December - Hyrox London Excel: 3 Days of Epic Sports Photography & Videography

Wow… we are still exhausted! We arrived in London on Friday from Birmingham for three days of Hyrox London Excel coverage, and what a whirlwind it was. While we’d previously captured eight athletes in London, this time we worked with 31 athletes across 18 races over three days.

Part of the draw for Hyrox is personal — we genuinely love the sport. Being part of the community, meeting new athletes, and capturing their journeys on camera doesn’t feel like work… even if it absolutely is! From 7:40 a.m. on Friday to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, every athlete smashed it — whether first-timers, seasoned competitors breaking PBs, or complete unknowns we met just minutes before the race.

Every athlete received photos from every station and a full race video, edited and delivered within a week. Unlike standard sportagraf race photos that often leave you with awkward shots, our content captures the full experience — your triumphs, your energy, and the moments that make Hyrox unforgettable. Plus, you get a cheerleader who actually knows the sport, helping you navigate the course while capturing the fastest videography at Hyrox. Yes. I am the fastest Videographer there.

Would we book that many athletes again? Maybe not — but we loved every minute. Manchester is next, and we’re ready to bring the same high-quality sports photography and videography to London Olympia, Glasgow, and beyond.
